WE ARE A TAPESTRY was originally sketched as an entry for the Embracing Our Differences project. It was not accepted, however, I felt it was a good design and decided to paint a larger version. It is actually intended to be reproduced on a billboard size banner, but that may come later.

It is a collaboration with my wife, who photographed people walking by on Siesta Beach to my concept. I then used the photos to create this tapestry-like composition.
