We stayed on a lovely working farm in Tuscany last year. They raised pigs, olives and grew grapes for wine. The inn was high on a plateau in this extremely hilly part of Tuscany. One day Debbie and I took a walk down to see the farm and were enchanted with the views and glimpses into the distance. This painting was inspired by that walk. If you look carefully on the lower right, you may see one of the resident pigs.
