There is a variety of Bombax tree at the Ringling Museum in Sarasota Florida, that has outrageous, large red flowers that resemble badminton birdies. The branches criss-cross in crazy ways. The Tree is named Monkey Puzzle Tree, which I shortened to Puzzle Tree. Hidden among the beaches and flowers is a bird, the Painted Bunting. As brightly colored as he is, it’s still hard to find him.
